投诉蓝布坊窗帘~~~~~~~(退定金风波已圆满解决,感谢蓝布坊仇总)

    我是07年11月份参加上团的团购会,当时在活动现场一位美女很热情的为我们介绍了一下产品,还说他们的服务多么的热情,我说我们的房子刚刚装修,她当时说了,先下定,等到做的时候再装也不迟,可以让我们不限期退定.(不过手续上还是要过一下,就写了1年退定有效限,就是这句话我被骗了.....)当场的折扣很不错,(其中的价格我忘了)装修很头疼的,等到我们装修快到窗帘时,已是今年的11月份,觉得没米了.去蓝布坊看了,当时选了一款很不错的,但是因为价格太高,我们最后没有买,我要求退订200元定金,他们的一位姓张的小姐却说,你的有效期过了三天,不能退订.还说他们有规定,退订期最多3个月.这都一年了,已经是很不错了....再说你也选择了布料,再优惠一点就是了,可惜还是太贵了.她们就是不同意退订,,,当时我非常生气的走了,请上团的人帮忙解决一下.强烈要求退订...

Lz，是这样的。参加团购的商家的网友都要注意一点哦。退订是有期限的。齐家规定的退订的期限是，1个月内无条件退订。或者让商家在订金单上写明退订有效期。这样，保护网友的利益。您的期限已经1年了，超出齐家保护的范围之内。多谢您对齐家的支持。[em18]

<P>齐家是第三方，齐家该有的服务和保障一个都不会少。假如您在退订有效期内，商家没有退订，齐家会追究到底的。</P>

去门店的时候还不到1年有效期,但是后来觉得价格很贵的时候,已经过了3天,她们就不退了.气死人了

我是在上个月订的蓝布坊，他们的服务挺好的。也觉得仇经理的服务很好。

不过LZ怎么会拖了一年呀，时间是满长的了。关注此事的进展！

<P>LZ不要急,有事慢慢说,上团的商家都是很热情的,不管是莱茵阳光,宇邦,圣像及蓝布坊也好,以前也有过类似的投诉,但是我相信这事蓝布坊一定会为你解决的,记住一点,沟通最重要...我也会关注此事的</P>

呵呵，LZ你的心情，做为网友是最理解的了！只是谈了自己的想法罢了。只是觉得咱们买什么东西如果不是太满意就赶快去退，否则真的会后患无穷的，非常同情你。希望能尽快解决！

LZ，请您把您的联系电话站内信给欢欢吧。偶会把此事反应给处理投诉的客服，因为您超过了退订有效期，网站去和商家协商，不能保证完全退订。
