　　权威人士昨天向本报透露：无锡城市轨道交通建设方案已于18日得到了国务院的批准同意，目前尚待国家发改委的正式批文。<BR>　　前日举行的中共无锡市委常委会上传出消息，"全力推进城市轨道交通建设"被纳入刚刚敲定的《无锡市进一步扩大内需促进经济增长的十二项措施》。其中第二项措施"加快基础设施建设"中有全力推进城市轨道交通建设的内容，要求年内全面完成开工前的各项准备工作，2009年3月前启动胜利门广场站、三阳广场站、市民广场站等先行站点建设，9月前启动轨道交通1号线建设。<BR>　　据了解,无锡市轨道交通发展有限公司已经完成组建，现正在进行人员招聘工作。无锡的轨道交通酝酿十余年，2003年着手进行城市轨道线网的规划，日本CFK公司中标后于2004年完成了线网规划。2005年铁道第四设计院进行了线网深化，并按照国务院的审批要求编制了《无锡城市轨道交通建设规划》，总长为157公里，设5条轨道线。<BR>　　根据此前披露的信息，无锡轨道交通1号线起自惠山新城的惠山大道站，自北向南穿过中心城区，到达滨湖区的雪浪站，线路全长30.7公里。具体走向为：惠山大道→跨锡北运河、沪宁高速公路→规划沿河路→锡澄路→庆丰路→锡沪路→下穿沪宁铁路→工运路→中山路→清扬路→下穿京杭大运河→华清路→观山路→青祁路，至终点雪浪。包括高架线和地下线。全线共设有车站25座，以地下站为主高架站为辅。1号线将采用4辆一编组的B型车，最高行驶速度为80公里/小时，全线运营时间约52分钟。工程施工时间约为5年。"线型走向不会有大的变动，不过在实际施工中不排除有站点微调。"相关人士表示。<BR>　<STRONG>　反应 市民高度关注</STRONG><BR>　　一段时期来，市民对无锡轨道交通的关注度非常高。几天前，还有人担心无锡轨道交通的审批会否受杭州地铁工地塌陷事故而延缓。前天深夜，无锡轨道交通获批的消息在网上论坛出现。"到底是真是假啊？现在有关地铁的消息满天飞！""要是真的就好了，也不知道会不会经过我们家？""是不是真的啊？看来这个周末要抓紧时间去惠山区看房子了！"有关"地铁"的跟帖一篇接一篇。<BR>　　网友们对轨道线具体的停靠站点和票价格外关注，甚至有网友在论坛上发出帖子开始作票价调查。　<BR>　　（小袁）<BR><STRONG>　　资料　在建或筹建城市名单</STRONG><BR>　　国务院发展研究中心7日发布报告，透露目前我国40余城市在建或筹建地铁和轻轨等城市轨道交通设施。<BR>　　首批获批城市：北京、上海、广州、天津、南京、深圳、武汉、西安、重庆、成都、哈尔滨、长春、沈阳、杭州、苏州。正在规划报批城市：南宁、宁波、无锡、大连、东莞、昆明、郑州、长沙、福州、贵阳等。正在筹备建设城市：合肥、青岛、济南、厦门、太原、大同、兰州等。<BR><BR></DIV>
